TEGO® Dispers 653 is a waterborne wetting and dispersing additive specifically for the production of universal colorants for decorative coatings. Wets and stabilizes inorganic and organic pigments. Can be used for a whole colorant line. Anionic and solvent-free.

Recommended addition level

As supplied calculated on inorganic pigment: 12 - 25 %.

As supplied calculated on organic pigment: 40 - 70 %.

As supplied calculated on carbon black: 40 - 90 %.

Processing instructions

In case of foam build-up during dispersion, use a highly effective but also compatible defoamer concentrate (for example, TEGO® Foamex 8050).

Add to the grind before dispersion.

Handling & storage

When stored in an original unopened packaging, the product has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
